DHS Hurricane 301T represents a highly innovative model in the successful 301 series. The abbreviation "T" (Triple / Tri-color) designates a revolutionary three-color composite fiber developed directly by DHS. Unlike conventional two-component materials, the 301T combines carbon, yellow arylate, and blue arylate in a single layer. This hybrid material is configured in an Inner Carbon arrangement (directly on the center core), giving the blade enormous dynamics, stiffness, and power on offensive shots, yet with a surprisingly soft and controlled feel in passive play.
Thanks to this unique combination of fibers, the Hurricane 301T achieves a similar speed to the 301X version but offers cleaner feedback and a longer dwell-time (ball stability time on the blade). It utilizes the patented BBT (Blade Balance Technology), which minimizes internal material stress, stabilizes the bounce across the entire surface of the blade, and makes the wood immune to changes in temperature and humidity.
