- Only those customers who purchased the goods remotely (via the Internet) at the internet address dhs-729.eu can return the goods without giving reasons.
- The customer must clearly notify the trader that he is using his right of withdrawal within 14 days after taking delivery of the goods.
- Notification of the return of goods is possible by email to the email address info@dhs-729.eu or via the form in the customer account.
- He then has another 14 days to send the goods to the merchant.
- The merchant does not have the right to reject the goods if the customer does not send them in the original packaging in which the goods were sent.
- Returned goods must not be damaged or worn, the goods must be delivered to the trader in an unopened state and in the original packaging from the manufacturer.
- The trader is obliged to return the money for the goods, including the money for transporting the goods to the customer, within 7 days from the time the trader receives the returned goods.
- The customer pays the postage for returning the goods.
- To return the goods, you can ask us for a link to a page where you can enter your details and then drop off the parcel at the collection point you select on the map.
