• Only those customers who purchased the goods remotely (via the Internet) at the internet address dhs-729.eu can return the goods without giving reasons.
  • The customer must clearly notify the trader that he is using his right of withdrawal within 14 days after taking delivery of the goods.
  • Notification of the return of goods is possible by email to the email address info@dhs-729.eu or via the form in the customer account.
  • He then has another 14 days to send the goods to the merchant.
  • The merchant does not have the right to reject the goods if the customer does not send them in the original packaging in which the goods were sent.
  • Returned goods must not be damaged or worn, the goods must be delivered to the trader in an unopened state and in the original packaging from the manufacturer.
